Sherylin Choy Pei Zhen

Sherylin Choy Pei Zhen is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Litigation department. She holds an LL.B (Hons.) degree from Multimedia University (MMU) and subsequently a Professional Diploma in International Arbitration from Brickfields Asia College (BAC). She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023.

Sherylin’s areas of practice cover commercial and corporate litigation, encompassing shareholders’ disputes, breaches of director’s duties, and debt recovery. She has also developed a particular interest in corporate insolvency and restructuring through her experience working with liquidation practitioners in matters relating to distressed companies, including liquidation and corporate rescue mechanisms such as Schemes of Arrangement.

Legal practice aside, Sherylin holds strong values of giving back to society by providing opportunities and platforms. With her leadership skills, she served the law student community as both the President of the Multimedia University Law Society. Currently, she continues her journey with the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee as an active sub-committee member, with the vision of empowering young lawyers
