Faten Nadia Azarudi

Nadia Azarudi is an Associate and completed her LL.B (Hons) at University Teknologi Malaysia. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in 2022.  Nadia offers practical skills in various areas including civil and criminal litigation as well as application for letter of administration.

With a primary focus on civil litigation, Nadia engages in a range of matters, including but not limited to tort law, trespass to person, debt recovery, contractual disputes, personal injuries, property damage, and own damage claims.

Nadia has appeared numerous times at the Magistrate Court and Session Court representing notable insurance companies, where she has successfully obtained decisions in favour of her clients. Apart from these, she also provides advice and assistance in Application for Letter of Administration.

Nadia also possesses remarkable negotiation skills to achieve amicable out-of-court settlement to safeguard her client’s interests.
