The Practitioner’s Toolkit for Enforcing and Resisting Arbitration Awards
On 11th March 2016, Senior Associate Clinton Tan presented a talk titled “The Practitioner’s Toolkit for Enforcing and Resisting Arbitration Awards”. The talk provided a step-by-step guide to enforcing and resisting arbitration awards in Malaysia. Based on his personal experience, Clinton Tan also explored the common challenges and pitfalls in this area.
Aimed at benefiting law students, pupils-in-chambers, young practitioners and in-house legal counsel, the talk was hosted in Thomas Philip which ended with drinks and light refreshments. CPD points were awarded to lawyers who attended this event.
