On 27th May 2016, Senior Associate Alliff Benjamin presented a talk titled “Recent Developments in Defamation Law”. The talk provided an update on some of the key cases and topical issues recently before the Malaysian appellate courts.

Aimed at benefiting in-house legal counsel, young practitioners, pupils-in-chambers, and law students, the talk ended with drinks and light refreshments.
