Last month, as part of Thomas Philip's monthly CSR program, we organized a TP Lunch with Anak Yatim dan Asnaf Baitun Nurrawdhah. The shelter, located at 10 Jalan AU 1C/1, Desa Pendidik, 54200 Kuala Lumpur, cares for over 20 kids and 4 caretakers.

One of our associates, Jason Chong, joined us to give a brief talk about the legal profession. He explained what lawyers do, the institutions they work with, and more, giving the children a chance to learn and discuss their own career aspirations.

The children then took part in fun physical activities, led by a clown and our CSR team. They enjoyed jumping, clapping, and lots of laughter. The clown also entertained them with a magic show featuring a rabbit and a white dove. He then dazzled them with balloon twisting, creating fun shapes like swords and guns, and made sure each child received a balloon creation.

When it was time for lunch, the children eagerly dug into a delicious meal prepared by Thomas Philip staff, followed by a variety of desserts, including fresh fruit, fruit tarts, and pavlova.

To end the event, each child received a goodie bag filled with treats and stationery, generously sponsored by Thomas Philip & Giat Sepadu Sdn Bhd. Our CSR team hoped the children enjoyed a fun, meaningful day filled with learning and joy.
