  • Advised and acted for a sub-contractor in an arbitration proceeding relating to the construction of an oil/petroleum refinery in Johor Bahru which involves a claim sum in excess of MYR50 million.

Rapid Transit

  • Advised and acted for a major construction company (sub-contractor) in respect of a dispute relating to the sub-contract that was entered into with the main-contractor which involves the construction of a mass rapid transit.

Highway

  • Advised and acted for a major construction company (main contractor) in a litigation proceeding in respect of a dispute with the sub-contractor relating to the construction of a highway in Kuala Lumpur with a Contract value in excess of MYR17 million.

Skyscraper

  • Advised and acted for a sub-contractor in a litigation proceeding relating to the construction of a world-class skyscraper.

Educational Institute

  • Advised and acted for the main contractor in an arbitration proceeding relating to the construction of an educational institute in Tawau, Sabah which involves a claim sum in excess of MYR25 million.

Residential buildings/Condominiums/Apartments

  • Advised and acted for the employer in an arbitration proceeding relating to the construction of a high-end condominium in Kuala Lumpur which involves a claim sum of more than MYR23 million.
  • Advised and acted for a major construction company (main contractor) in an arbitration proceeding relating to the construction of a luxury residential building in Kuala Lumpur which involves a contract sum in excess of MYR80 million.
  • Advised and acted for the employer in an adjudication proceeding under CIPAA 2012 relating to the construction of a luxury and high-end apartment in Kuala Lumpur which involves a claim sum of more than MYR36 million.
  • Advised and acted for the main contractor in an adjudication proceeding under CIPAA 2012 relating to the construction and development of a luxury residential area in Johor Bahru which involves a claim sum of more than MYR35 million.
  • Advised and acted for the main contractor in an adjudication proceeding under CIPAA 2012 relating to the construction of residential buildings which involves a claim sum in excess of MYR40 million.
  • Advised and acted for the employer in a litigation proceeding in respect of a dispute with the main contractor relating to the construction of a luxury condominium in Kuala Lumpur which involves a contract sum in excess MYR70 million.
  • Advised and acted for the main contractor in a litigation proceeding in respect of a dispute with the employer relating to the construction and development of a luxury residential area in Johor Bahru which involves a contract sum in excess of MYR300 million.

  • Advised and acted for the employer in an adjudication proceeding under CIPAA 2012 relating to the construction of a budget hotel in Johor Bahru.
  • Advised and acted for the project owner in an adjudication proceeding under CIPAA 2012 relating to the construction of a budget hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
