Salary Scale

Pupils RM3,500 per month  
Associate 1 RM6,000 per month + 10% Profit Sharing* Year 1 of PQE
Associate 2 RM6,500 per month + 10% Profit Sharing* Year 2 of PQE
Senior Associate RM7,500 per month + 25% Profit Sharing* Year 3 of PQE
Principal Associate RM7,500 per month + 50-75% Profit Sharing* Year 5 of PQE
 
Note:
* Profit Sharing: Sharing of profits from individual unit’s nett collection sum

 

Typical Remuneration Packages per annum


ENTRY-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (Year 1 of Post Qualification Experience)
Remuneration Package (terms and conditions apply) includes:

  • Basic Annual Salary of RM72,000 plus employer EPF & SOCSO contributions;
  • Benefits:
    • Medical.
    • Cell-phone Allowance: RM1200 p.a.
    • Parking Rebate: RM 5760 p.a.
    • Networking Allowance: RM2000 p.a.
    • Professional Development & Training Allowance: RM2000 p.a.
    • ICT tools: Use of firm laptop computer.
    • Bonus Cycle: Every 6 months

SENIOR ASSOCIATE (Year 3 of Post Qualification Experience)
Remuneration Package (terms and conditions apply) includes:

  • Basic Annual Salary of RM90,000 plus employer EPF and SOCSO contributions, AND
  • Benefits:
    • Medical.
    • Cell phone Allowance: RM1200 p.a.
    • Parking Rebate: RM 5760 p.a.
    • Networking Allowance: RM2500 p.a.
    • Professional Development & Training Allowance: RM5000 p.a.
    • ICT tools: Use of firm laptop computer.
    • Bonus Cycle: Every 6 months

PRINCIPAL ASSOCIATE (Year 5 of Post Qualification Experience)
Remuneration Package (terms and conditions apply) includes:

  • Basic Annual Salary of RM90,000 plus employer EPF and SOCSO contributions, AND
  • Benefits:
    • Medical.
    • Cell phone Allowance: RM1200 p.a.
    • Parking Rebate: RM 5760 p.a.
    • Networking Allowance: RM2500 p.a.
    • Professional Development & Training Allowance: RM5000 p.a.
    • ICT tools: Use of firm laptop computer.
