On 29th April 2016, Partner, Lavinia Kumaraendran and Senior Associate, Tan Jee Tjun presented a talk titled “Being a Director - a Blessing or a Curse?”. The talk provided a current and practical discussion on the legal ups and downs of being a director of a private limited company in Malaysia.

Aimed at benefiting company directors, corporate secretaries, in-house legal counsel, young practitioners, pupils-in-chambers and law students, the talk ended with drinks and light refreshments.
